Healthy adults who want an easier way to get more fibre. It isn't meant for children. If you're pregnant, breastfeeding or managing a medical condition, check with your doctor first.
Psyllium can slow how some medicines are absorbed. Keep a gap of about two hours between inout and any medicine, and ask your doctor if you're unsure.
Some people feel a bit gassy or bloated in the first few days of eating more fibre. Starting with half a scoop and drinking plenty of water helps your body adjust.
