SHIPPING

Normally orders will ship within 1-3 business days of processing payment, unless particularly noted elsewhere on the website, at the time order is placed, or you receive an email notice that an item in your order has been delayed. Any expected delivery dates that may be given are only estimates. Orders can be delayed due to verification or the time the order has been placed.  Orders may be delivered in separate shipments.

We currently support shipments to the United States.

VERIFICATION

We will send you a confirmation email once your order is verified. After verification, in principle, the orders will not be canceled during this period, considering the handling process already started, but we will try our best to communicate with you via email or phone to find an good solution.

PROCESSING

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone timely.

ORDER FULFILLMENT
We ship daily from Monday to Saturday, 52 weeks a year except for Sundays and holidays. Orders placed after 10:00 PM EST or 04:00 AM CET Sunday-Friday will start to be made the next day. Occasionally orders may not ship the ‘next day’ due to stock issues, lacking order information or billing delays. Orders placed on Saturdays will ship the following Monday or the next open business day.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

glidegift.com is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
